"File does not exist" Issue

A few of us modders have come across an issue in which we are unable to download some/most of our mods for an unknown reason. The resulting message of the error is "File does not exist," even though the mods that are trying to be downloaded obviously do still exist, given the fact that some are still able to download said mods.

While the issue does not occur 100% of the time, it does happen quite often. It is most likely not an Internet connection problem on the modder's side, as I have been using an Ethernet connection to download mods recently, and the problem still occurs.

The frequency at which the issue occurs seems to fluctuate randomly.

If anyone has any information on this error, it would be most useful if shared, and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

(Also, if I happen to encounter the issue again, I will remember to keep a screenshot as evidence for those who would like to have it.)

I've been noticing this issue a lot as well. I'm not a modder myself, but I can only get mods to download about 30-40% of the time. I always get that file does not exist error. This happens when I download with NMM, or if I try to download manually.
