Stampede
This is in the wrong forum...but anyway. When that message comes up, you should just click OK or Yes and the game should load as normal. If it crashes after that, there is a problem on your side. Generally almost all of the mods work fine, some of them are a bit dirty or have missing files, but nothing serious. Malchik
The most common problem is that the files have gone into the wrong place on your PC. A search in plug-ins section of the forum should come up with threads giving details of what to do and I think there is a pinned thread o the subject there already. Basically what happens is that if you extract data files to data files you end up with a sub folder called 'data files' in the data files section (it can be called Bethesda Softworks and Morrowind too). This is not recognised when you try to play the mod. If you have such a subfile, open it and manually move the red knife-like bit into the correct data files folder and textures, meshes etc similarly one level up. If this doesn't make sense do the search or pm me
andrus
All the files apear to be in the right places i put the textures in there folder and icons in incons, infact all files are in the proper places, could it be my version of morrowind, could that be the problem, i have blood moon and tribunal on at the same time too, it doesnt matter too much im kind of bored completing the storyline any way i just wanted to see the new mods i downloaded, thanks for the help though =D
ThetaOrionis01
Open each mod in the construction set together with its relevant masterfiles. When you get the pop-up message, click 'yes'. Save the mod. You get this error message when the version of the .esm used to create the mod is different from the version you have on your system, eg if the .esm has been patched since the mod was created.
