I can't think a better way to answer without any clues about what did change in the while. It's almost sure was caused by installing or even uninstalling some mod. post the list of mods (and the load order) you do use now, and if you can remember those you installed at the issue occurrence it will help a lot to debug it. Real Time Settler was also suspect until I disabled it. I found that neither it nor FF actually were the cause of the problem. My question is whether anyone knows of any mod that would do this, and if not, any game bugs? Also, I tried Fast Travel Indoors, but it got me nowhere. If the issue persists, try backup the ini file and deleting the original (that at the documents\...\fallout3 folder). The game will recreate it and maybe you'll need to redo some customization, but is a good start (you can return the backup ini if the issue does not vanishes). rbx
I had the same problem where fast travel stopped working. It didn't happen right away when I installed the mod, but about a week after. Turned out it was the mod "Wasteland Travelers".
quicksilverva
Make sure you are using the latest version of MTC Wasteland Travellers Version 2.2 is reported by the author to have fixed the fast travel bug. Note: There are some locations in the Wasteland that you cannot fast travel from in the vanilla game. Please make sure that you are in fact not in one of these locations.
