dlsco Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 I just purchased a one-month premium membership with the extra 2 dollar donation but my account is not reading as premium, within the nexusmodmanager it is prompting me to go premium despite being logged into my premium account already. The fastest way to help in regards to account and/or Premium membership isses is using the "Contact Us" link from the footer of this site. If you then select "Premium Membership" or "Membership Issues" from the "Department" dropdown, your support ticket will immediately go to the list of support tasks all moderators and admins will be made aware of. By only posting in here you're bound to wait for a moderator or admin to randomly stumble across your post and realize what it is about first before anything will happen. In most cases they will then ask you to file aa support ticket the way I mentioned, as this is also the only way they're getting access to your payment details and such. Usually Premium payment issues are Dark0ne's domain exclusively even, I suppose because only he has access to payment details to begin with. Hoi, I have renewed just now an my Account ist skipping between premium, half premium(?) and whatever. It is really annoying and it isn't the first time. It is not my goal to rant or something but it have payed for a certain amount of days and i want to use them. I think you have a really big problem with your subscription system on your hands as it looks to me. I don't have to say it is _really_ annoying? Submitted a ticket but when the only one who can handle it isn't here it doesn't have much sence right now i think. Which i have posted to the owner Robin Scott ( AKA Dark0ne) I haven't had a reply Yet As i think he has too much on his plate from Hackers. Maxine (AKA Wills 661 ) being original Account Holder.
