Michlo Posted July 24, 2009 Share Posted July 24, 2009 One of our CS reps at work thought up this alternative to the ubiquitous LOL. :) You have to admit, most of the time that LOL is typed, a smile hasn't even passed the lips, let alone an actual laugh. So he proposes "LI" for "laughing inside". I countered with "LOTI" for laughing on the inside". Li is a very popular Chinese last name and is too short, unless it really caught on in which case both facts would not matter but since it hasn't those points should considered.
