Look for the guy that lets you work as a caravan guard, you can choose to shovel bhramin poo for a day. Do that a few times and you get the title. That fluffer thing was just a work option, I remember now. It gives you a massive dose of radiation and poison afterwards. And probably an unforgetful aftertaste.
