SGTSTURK Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 yes i know there are probably a million of these topics up but ive tried the thing with limiting the cores, updated with unofficial patch and bethesda patch ive changed all compatibilities to windows 7 and also tried windows vista sp1 and sp2 , i am extremly lost i have tried everything even that dll file and the g4wl disabler now what PLZZZZZ HELP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
M48A5 Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Are you sure you changed the correct .ini? Not the one in Fallout 3 but the one in Documents\My Games\Fallout 3 (this is the path in Vista). Do you have any mods enabled? If you do, disable them (not delete)in your mod manager and make a save just before the birthday party. Should be able to enable the mods at this point and continue with the game. SGTSTURK Posted February 13, 2014 Author Share Posted February 13, 2014 (edited) i have the game on my desktop right now ive ut it back into the bethesda default install path but stilll freezes no matter what i am doing i have gone down to just the bare bones fallout 3 i have also allocated that fallout 3 may use as much ram as it likes *edit* also even if im sittin in the menu she will crash computer specs Windows 8.1 Processor: AMD A6-5200 APU with radeon hd graphics 2.00GHzRAM 8.00 GB (7.47 gb usable)system: 64 bit os, x64 based processor Edited February 13, 2014 by SGTSTURK Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, the system requirements call for a CPU of 2.4Ghz and a dedicated graphics card. Maybe someone with one of those combo CPU/GPU processors will be able go give you some insight. SGTSTURK Posted February 14, 2014 Author Share Posted February 14, 2014 well to update you i found something extremly odd i did a clean install put on the 1.7 patch and it auto booted up and i had absolutely zero issues playing it or iit starting up the only thing is is that once i quit the game and then triedd to boot it back up it froze on the please stand by screen on start up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
