gameraragorn
I have read that you can deliver headshots with your bow and arrows, so I think that you get more experience points when you kill a creature with a stealhty headshot. So that would be great, you can become a new Thief. =D
Switch
Well, this game has nothing to do with experience points. Skills level up, like they did in Morrowind. But I suppose it might give you more towards your next bow level than a normal shot. They haven't really said anything about that. If they did that with the bow, then they'd have to do it with other weapon's special moves as well.

Then again, they were discussing blades and stuff, maybe it doesn't count for bow and arrow

Adras
Povuholo was right. I do remember an interview that said it is like Morrowind in the fact that no matter where you hit an NPC, it will be no different damage than any other body parts. Besides the fact that damage will always be different depending on the weapon and your skill in it, there is no extra damage on different areas of the body. Switch
I've been thinking about this... does this mean you could snipe someone in the leg or foot with the special bow move and it'd cause fatal damage? I suppose it must. That could look a little silly. :D Fun, though.
