Yes I know a lady that has the problem with that large aaaah... things. She always needs massages of the shoulders and back and saves money for a reduce of the...... well things that are to big and uncomfortable for her body.

We all made fun of our drama teacher because of those big *ahems*. In the end she had to get them reduced because of the pain on her back.
