I have looked at all the items I have at my disposal for making a new tool for surgical procedures and have crafted a new one.

 

Now I need is a victim, I mean, a patient to try this new device upon.

I just found a Hyrdogen bomb under the bench.

 

I'll just remove the whole city. Their water supply from upstream will be gone, vaporized too in the blast, and water will be unable to return down river as the radiation will evaporate any water that comes within a hundred and fifty miles of the epicenter.
