[REQ] Dragon companion in Oblivion a la Eragon

i just grabbed the akatosh mount and thought this would be a neat idea.

 

 

One day your wandering through the market district in the imperial city and you notice a rather odd man eyeballing you. So you go to him and talk to him. He says he has a very special item for sale and would sell it to you cheap. He also says something like this hasn't been seen in ages. so you go along with it and buy it. What you get looks like a large polished stone about the size of a watermelon. The man also gives you a note that says keep it in a safe place and wait a week if you do this you will find a grand surprise. So you bring this object back to your house and put it in a bed of straw to keep it safe. You then go about your regular business. Before you know it a week has passed and you are awoken by a rather odd noise. You rise to find the object is shaking madly. You put your clothes on and watch the object intently. Slowly a large crack develops around the outside of the object. After a short time a rather odd little lizard like animal makes its way out of what now you know to be some sort of egg. You had read books about this sort of creature but never knew they were real. but this one is rather odd in that it has wings and is opalescent blue in color. What wonderful adventures await you as your new found friend grows.

 

 

can anyone help me with making this a reality.

If someone comes up with this mod can you Please allow me to use it for my Inheritance Cycle Mod (I am making a tamriel sized worldspace based on the Eragon Series of books and really need all the help I can get.)
