Wrye Bash necessary?

I'm really new to this modding-stuff concerning Skyrim. So I have a technical issue I'm not sure about. I always have a working ENB with several landscape mods. Now I want to use new armors and weapons or just replacements of them.

My problem is that I don't know, if the following mods are working together and if Wrye Bash could help (never used it before).

I'm afraid, if I am in the wrong area, maybe the modding area would be the better place?

Weapon mods

Lost LongSwords

Better Bows

Dread Knight Weapon Set

Insanitys Dragonbane

Hybrids Vicious Weapon Pack for Skyrim

Greatsword Sheaths and Scabbards Redux

Armor mods

Immersive Armor

Sexy Vanilla Female Armor for UNP and SevenBase with BBP

Arise - Chapter 1 - The Black Sacrament

Improved NPC Clothing - High Res

- several single armors which add armors and don't replace vanilla

From the descriptions I don't know, if I have to use Wrye Bash.

Lost LongSwords also changes the range of long swords, should I install it at last?

Some help would be nice! :D

Install mods with the mod manager you're most comfortable with, use Wrye to make a patch. It's pretty simple, there are plenty of guides around.
Let BOSS sort your load order, just make sure that if there are any unrecognized plugins, you at least drag them above your patches
