Iv000 Posted August 3, 2009 Share Posted August 3, 2009 HiI have mods about 25-30most are weapon mods and others are reborn and fellout and WMK...So i have a crash but it is not a normal one......when i exit a building it loads and it is OK but after 15-30 seconds the game crashes to desktop and comes back to the game and it does this all the time it doesnt stop it goes to the desktop than the game-desktop-game-desktop-game... and when i press ctrl+alt+delete it normalizes and i can come to the game but after 30 seconds it starts AGAIN and so i need to close F3...Please try to answer fast bcs i go to vacation on wednesday! 5ivexxxxx Posted August 3, 2009 Share Posted August 3, 2009 It could be a problem with RAM. I had the same problem. I had about 2GB of RAM, and Fallout 3 eats up over half of that with mods. What'll often happen is that during gameplay, the RAM usage will surge suddenly, going over the amount of RAM available (about 3/4 of your total, so 1.5 GB for me), and either your computer will close Fallout 3, or Fallout 3 will crash. I bought some extra RAM the next week, and all was well. Put simply: Need moar RAM. There's no such thing as too much RAM. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
