Mlucci4036
I've created 2 new armors and 2 new helmets in 3DS Max. But I have no idea how to add weight to each part of the armor nor do I know how to import the skeleton and create the UV Map. Is there anyone out there that has a video tutorial, or is even willing to help me complete such a task? I would really like to introduce such armors to my mod, but I'm having the greatest difficulty. I've spent time looking at Text tutorials with some photos, but they are either for Blender or don't go into detail over certain aspects of creating the armor. ArekkusuStorm
I don't know of any 3D Max tutorials for New Vegas.. I don't even know if they exist, but a while ago when I started to shift from Blender to Max to do exactly what you're doing, someone suggested to view which is meant for Skyrim. I was a bit hesitant to suggest this to you because it's a bit different compared to New Vegas and you would need to know what those differences are, else it won't work. I'll have to go through this tutorial and see if I can make it work for NV. I guess If I can't, it may be in my best interests to simply recruit another modder who wouldn't mind helping with my mod.
