Hasni4592 Posted May 30, 2014 Share Posted May 30, 2014 Hey old thread but i had same problem.. been searching for fix and installing/unistalling mods for weeks.. almost gave up then i found out the problem is you cant use Skybirds, birds of skyrim, real wildlife and skytest realistic predators mod together.. only use one of them and the problem wont happen at least in my case this was the issue.. now lips lock/not moving bug is fixed 100%.. if that doesn't work try starting new game or fresh save.. hope i help someone searching for fix because i know how annoying and immersion breaking it is..
