And how come that when I blast everyone on Mr. Crowley's list and I only see their skulls explode into a gory mist of shattered bone and shredded flesh and whole fountains of blood at their moment of death, that my character tells Crowley that they "died, but not from a headshot?".

You have to use the sniper rifle he gives you.

How come when I shoot people in the head, their head just pops off most of the time? I want them to explode more often or at least just have them normally die. Not have their head look like it was cut off then thrown in the air.

The mini mushroom cloud gets me with the cars lol. To achieve a mushroom cloud, a nuclear core must be breached at all 360 degrees simutaneously to trigger the core detonation. Only by breaching the core at all 360 degree AT ONCE will this explosion result in a mushroom cloud. A few errant bullets definately will not achieve this lol.

What happened to rain? Water is persistant trough the wasteland, it should evaporate, rise into the atmosphere, build and become ice and fall back to the earth in the form of rain. Precipitation for the win!

Unless of course a global atomic war casused massive climate and atmospheric changes.

How does a pressure plate trigger a rigged shotgun trap, or do anything all since the pressure plate just sits on the ground with nothing attached to it.

Why did the survivors from other vaults, and the garys not have pip boys?

Lock picking requires only a bobby pin, but upon picking a lock you also utilize a flat head screw driver. Where the hell did that come from?

How did the enclave get into Vault 87? I doubt the Mark 2 can handle even that many rads.

And really, the answer to clean water in the wasteland is a G.E.C.K.? The thing that the people of Vault City almost tossed because of it's uselessness.

Little Lamplight, where are all these kids coming from? Do children born in Big Town get sent back to Little Lamplight? Do they grow out of the ground? How do they maintain their ranks?

How is it possibly for all this food to be left over after 200 years? would you really want to drink 200 year ole Coke? Is it some strange Ziploc tech of da future? does it have some amazing preservatives? Does it taste so good it defies the logic of age?

yes i would drink 200 year old coke, because if coke had been destoryed the world woould have been ripped in half

The radiation caused by a nuke, even several nukes, only lasts a couple of years, so, after 200 years why is everything still irradiated?

Even in places like Chernoble that had nuclear accidents (small explosion, massive amounts of radiation) have a lot of plant life, even if it is a bit gray.

I can understand that some areas, like the ground-zero of a nuke blast or naturally desert-like areas would still be dry and empty, but why not even some grayish plants and trees? I mean, bieng stalked by a Yao Guai or some feral ghouls in a post-nuclear forest full of depressing, twisted gray trees and long shadows would be far more atmosphereic than "Oh hey, look, out on that rocky crag by those other rocky crags, a Yao Guai! Lets snipe it".

And where are all the people and cities? Theres only one or two "densly populated" places in the whole game. After 200 godamn years you'd think there would be more.

that goul thing, my health teacher once said cancer cells dont die on their own, if that is true then a man with massive benign cancer that still allowed bodily functions would live for a LONG time, but it would really be a 1 in a million thing and you would only see 1 goul in the entire continent IF YOU WERE LUCKY, so underworld would be kinda uninhabbited, also how can those records speak of so many faileres in vault 87, butt there are so very many super mutants out ther? also i heard in the other games only vault dwellers could be changed
