I was having huge FPS drops in Radiant Raiment, downstairs of Jorrvaskr, Understone Keep, and a few others. I found out it was a single chandelier mesh in SMIM. just rename meshes\clutter\imperial\impchandelliercandle01.nif and try it out. The game should load the vanilla mesh instead.
