Kymarcher
This is hard to explain, but when I download certain files that are already in omod format they sometimes come in pieces. By pieces I mean I get files like, config, data, data.crc, readme (and another I think is script) instead of just the .omod file. Is there something I don't know like is there a way to turn these into a file, or do I need wyre bash? Any help would be greatly appreciated! P.S. some mod that do this are: Lost Paladins of the Divines and (in a mod called Cyborgs OMD Collection) Elven Map Redux. EDIT: Two new files popped up. They are plugins and plugins.crc. EDIT 2: Script file comfirmed.

EDIT 2: Script file comfirmed. You don't have to do anything beyond putting a file with extension .omod into the /Oblivion/OBMM/MODS folder and activate it, or just use the load button from OBMM... Now if the mod is a 7z with an Omod convertion Data folder inside, you just need to keep the 7z intact and use the button "Create" from OBMM, afterwards choose "file", navigate to it's location and accept when OBMM says it found that configuration folder. Once the actual omod is created, just activate it. PS: if the download itself does all this mess, you have some very strange configuration in whatever download manager you uses. Make sure it will not try to execute, uses 3rd part program to open it or whatever else it tries to do more than just plain and simply download the file. Kymarcher
I don't have the .omod file or the omod conversion data. The the files I mentioned on my first post are in the rar file itself. There is no .omod file or omod cenversion data, just config, data, data.crc, readme, script, plugins, and plugins.crc.

If it's the case, the main folder should be that named above and if so, it's meant to be placed inside the actual mod, so to use OBMM to actually build the omod. There is a 3rt option in OBMM that is to use the "folder" option instead the "file", the difference being, obviously, the former is to use directly on a folder. Kymarcher
Nevermind I figured it out. All I had to do was open up the archive and save it as an omod.
