JimboUK
If you've not installed any mods before then you probably don't have those folders, the games assets aren't stored in folders. Most mods come with those folders so just follow the read me or instructions in the description, if not then just create your own.
Ihoe
If you simply want to Install a mod, the above comment tells it all. If you are going to Mod the game:The whole contents of the game are stored in BSAs which you will find in your data folder, use a program Like "Fallout Mod Manager" available at Fallout 3 nexus to extract / unpack all the contents of the BSA you need (there is a number of them, categorized into Textures 1, meshes, sound etc.) to anywhere you want then and do whatever you want with them as long as you are not going to upload it for any game other than Fallout 3, or, you can simply read articles available at the article database at Fallout 3 nexus about modding. illuknisaa
I can't find any bsa. I also noticed that I can't find (I used to before I reinstalled FO3) any of my mods either only shortcut to them (which doesn't really lead anywhere)

I made new mods after reinstalling. Do you know how to change the folder where your made mods with geck are places after saving?
