A new form of Marathon, This requires the runners to run the exact distance between Athens and Sparta perferably over similar terraen also they have to do it in the armor of the ancient greeks!

Changed Discus, this involves the competitors throwing cheap plates at a concrete wall at a distance of 250ft, you are given points for getting the bul's eye, smashing the plate on the target a spectacually as possible or getting the plate to go even further and then return to your hand.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THESE AMENDMENTS.

Time the great leveller,

The thing all bow to,

We all answer to time,

But what is Time.

Is it just a sensation we have

Is it a real thing.

Scientists argue.

All I know is We all

See it's will.

Hope this isn't thread necromancy.

I feel so great,

I feel I can do anything.

So much energy,

so little time,

Who cares about Sleep.

Continuously moving,

Not wanting to be still.

Laughing and smiling,

That's what all I want to do,

I don't care about anything.

I feel so bad,

I feel I can't do anything.

So little energy,

So much time,

I care about sleep.

Curling up in a ball,

Not wanting to do a thing.

Sinking and hurting,

Blood all I see,

My life I want to end.

A poem I hope expresses some of how I feel after having a very sudden and illuminating attack of depression, which led to me being diagnosed with Bipolar. :thanks:

Great way to express it. I wasn´t even through the second verse, when the though "Bipolar" struck me. Being BP myself, I can thoughoutly follow your thoughts.

It has done.

The poem was familiar in feel to me because I am also bipolar.

I once joked that having bipolar was like having a great urge to keep travelling from the south pole to the north pole and back again. Sometimes I wish it were so straight forward. :wallbash:

Thank you for your courage, Lord Tenaim. :thanks:
