Something very wrong, or your explanation or what you are trying to do.

The first part make senses, where you tell you extract it and put into the /data ... but what is it about unpacking the ESP/ESM?

if you did the first part correctly, the ESP/ESM will already be in the correct place and you don't need to do anything more than tick in whatever way you use to activate mods.

I meant I take them out the folder they may be in otherwise I can't activate them (They don't show up on the Fallout mod manager), although i leave the textures and meshes in folders since they work anyway.

I do this with all my mods and they all work execpt the ones I have said.

btw i can use as many small mods as i like i have loads but the big ones dont work even when there on by themselves which is less than all the small mods anyway in loading and things.

i played fallout 3 and completed it without mods and i want to make the game more interesting and add new things that expand the game though.

I recommend you play the game without them, there kinda useless anyway.

With all due respect, that statement has the stink of subjectivity.

Sounds alot like a load order problem. Could you post it for review?

I cant post it since it is on my laptop and i dont have the internet on my laptop because the wireless on this computer isnt working but i am getting it fixed some time soon.

I have tried doing just the large mods by themselves (with fallout.esm obviously lol) loading as 01 (fallout.esm is 00)

i am sorry for the laptop inconvience :(
