Changing Grass Height for Grass Fields mod

Hey everyone, I recently got the "grass fields mod

I noticed that the grass was too tall for my liking so i was wondering if anybody knew how to edit the grass height in this mod or edit grass height in general. If it is possible, would i need any 3rd party tool? I have Photoshop CS6 and Paint.net.

You can scale down the grass meshes with Nifscope.
