Missing mesh in Better Cities in the Arcane University

A few days ago I decided to try out the better cities mod, and I was very pleased. However, as I was roaming around, I discovered an error...

Yep. A missing mesh. I've reinstalled the mod multiple times and I have no idea what's wrong with it. I don't even know what's supposed to be there. It really bothers me as I'm using the Midas Magic mod, so I frequent this area. I'm currently using a mod that removes the error mesh, but it would be nice to fix the error rather than just cover it up.

Looks like you're missing a Better Cities (BC) mesh. If you are using the Oblivion Mod Manager (OMM), click the Utilities button, select "Archive Invalidation", and the "Update now" button. If that doesn't work, download BOSS and run it. If that fails, you probably didn't install BC properly or the resource files are corrupted.

I have the exact same problem at the Arcane University. Instead of working to fix it, I just disabled the Better Cities Mod. I'm sure I could have fixed it, but I was busy with more interesting things. I think the problem is with the mod itself rather than your installation method.

Nope, no cigar.

Better Cities comes with two resource files: Better Cities Resources and Resources Update. You must activate the resources before you activate the update. If you are prompted to overwrite the existing files, select "yes". If you are using OMM, hold down Ctrl when clicking on "Yes".

If this fails, try deleting Oblivion.ini and let the game make a new one.

Note that you NEED to have Shivering Isles activated in order for Better Cities to work properly. Otherwise, you will have lots of "WTF Im missing a mesh" stuff because Better Citioes uses some Shivering Isles resources.
