illuknisaa Posted September 5, 2009 Share Posted September 5, 2009 I downloaded this mods that adds cryolator to FO3 (cryo arsenal) but when I'm using cryolator and costantly shooting something target weirdly paralyze and then stand up, paralyze and then stand up, paralyze and then stand up... ,but if i'm only shooting short bursts the gun works properly. So, do you know how to keep my targets paralysed?I'm not sure if understand the problem... paralyze should vanish quickly indeed and not be a constant effect. as I understand the effect does not stack, so continually shotting will not extend the period, just reapply the effect once it vanishes. What you are seeing is the animation lag.directly answer: it's possible, you must open the mod in geck and edit the weapon so to have the duration you want. For starts try to explain "exactly" what you want to accomplish. I see no reason to keep firing an already paralyzed foe, unless it is something like an activator and I hope it's not meant to 'field stasis' the player. If you can be more clear, can describe how your are doing it... it is a scripted effect? ... believe me, it's hard to help when it's not known what is the real issue. For all you told until now everything is working as should do. Edit: Now I think I understand. you want something like an effect that keep the enemy paralyzed only and while being under a weapon beam. I don't know geck particularities so someone may have an easier solution. The only thing I can thing ATM is an extended (as in long duration) paralyze spell (to get the initial animation) and something to dispel it when the target is not hit anymore.
