I would be able to work on it right now but I JUST started working on the Children of Demethyr mod :(, oh well its on my list.

I organized my thought now, sorry haha. I know it was hard to follow. I added some things too

 

Enforcers:

I don't think they would assassinate thieves, but they could counter-assassinate assassins. They could be sent to assassinate Dark Brotherhood agents or Morag Tong maybe is what I meant sorry. And for killing members of the thieves guild, while im still on this matter, this could get you kicked out of the guild too.

 

 

Agents:

The good thieves could steal back and forth between them and bad thieves like a tug-o-war game of sorts but killing isn't very realistic.

or you choose to pick both paths as a more freelance thief character.

 

 

I think I wrote it like this because I was blending both jobs together in my mind, because when I play the game I play every part no matter what character. Even if I have say, a warrior, I still put him in the Thieves Guild and such. So I guess I blended both stealth jobs in my head.

I love the Idea! i mean what is the downside!? if you need help just send a message. I may not be a good modder but I have a very twisted mind and could help with the evil side of things.

 

p.s. I am an expert on demons, black magic and other dark things.

I'm a big fan of the Hitman games, and I've always thought a bunch of Mr. 47 type quests would be a great addition to either Oblivion or Fallout 3. The Dark Brotherhood quests are good, of course, but I really love the puzzle-solving aspect of the Hitman quests, along with the need to keep everything quiet.

 

In case you don't know, there is a mod called lockpick mold, which gives you a mold with which you can make lockpicks by melting down 5 septims. The mold itself is a phenomenal melee weapon, too. maybe you could incorporate something like that to make use of all the scrap metals you find, but why stop there? How about some molds for making various other things as well, like shields or swords or whatever? I think that would totally rock, to be able to make something completely from scratch and then enchant it.
