Infamy Changes

I was playing around on my assassin character, and I found it strange that although people disliked me due to my high Infamy, I can't get good deals on prices? Wouldn't a trained assassin be able to...negotiate better prices?

Another thing. If I'm infamous for being a mass murderer, would a random town person really say "Just go away!" to my face. I mean, it would seem I have a reputation for killing people for no reason other than disliking something about them. (Those said people tend to die mysteriously, but still.)

Third: If I murder someone in their house, behind closed doors, and no one witnesses the crime, and the victim never releases a cry for help, why then, do I become more infamous? Maybe it doesn't happen when you kill someone randomly, but for instance, the Dark Brotherhood questline, why exactly do you gain Infamy? Especially for a stealthy character, if you are never caught, why is it that your name happens to spread around Cyrodiil and people in the streets hate you for a crime(s) that they should (in a real world) have absolutely no idea about? Such questions are rather annoying to me.

I'd like to request a mod that removes these issues from the game. E.g. for the Dark Brotherhood quests, if your presence near the murder is never detected, you don't gain infamy. Conversely, you ONLY gain Infamy if you are discovered before, during, or after the act, and only in the immediate vicinity. That's the main issue I have, if someone could change the way Infamy works, then more power to him or her :)

P.S. If this has either been suggested already or has already been made into a mod, I apologize in advance. However, the range of titles this could possibly have deterred me from making extensive use of the search function, hence the topic. Also, if something like this is impossible/unlikely to be made, I'd like to be informed as well. Thanks~
