EvenMoreFadingPhoenix Posted September 10, 2009 Share Posted September 10, 2009 Okay, I actually feel rather shamed that I need to ask for help about something that I would think should be pretty simple. For a little background.I'm trying to run Horse Armor Revamped with Slof's and Ulrim's Horses. Loading HRMHorseArmor and Slofs before Ulrims results in a crash anytime I try to purchase the horse armor, but through testing I found if I load Slof's after Ulrims I can purchase the horse armor and get everything working fine but then I get some minor conflicts with MDSaddlebags and anytime I try to get a refund for the armor the game crashes.I figured I could just load Slof's before Ulrims again and if i realy wanted a horse with armor bad enough I could go the roundabout way and use the console to spawn the horse with the armor on it at my character. Ruins immersion a little bit but I figured it was easier than going insane trying to work ever little thing out. Now the problem with that. I can't figure out how to spawn the horse at my character. It keeps giving me the error "Missing Parameter ObjectID"I'm determined that I must be missing something really simple. Maigrets Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 I don't have the horse armour DLC so I can't look up the ID's for you, but for example if you wanted to give yourself an amount of gold from the vanilla game you would type in the console: player.additem 0000000F 100 You don't actually need the zeros and the 100 is the amount of gold. I don't know if you could even spawn the horse with the armour already on it, but as I said I don't have the DLC so I can't check. To get the correct Form ID just hover your cursor over the item you want in the CS. Don't click on it. Perhaps if you have problems using those mods together you may need to decide to remove one of them otherwise other issues could arise especially when spawning items or actors to get around it. Is there any mention of conflicts in the mod's readme files? I use Slof's Horses and Ulrim's but not the others. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

EvenMoreFadingPhoenix Posted September 14, 2009 Author Share Posted September 14, 2009 Okay, thank you all for trying to help, I seem to have it working now.I downloaded refscope and used it on the armored Old Nag horse the mod adds into the game so that you can preview the armors. The game doesn't crash when I ask to see one of the armors on their horse oddly enough, only if I try to purchase it. It gave me the same formid I had tried to use. Anyway, I needed to use quotes around the formid. The examples I saw usually read placeatme <formid> so I had been using those brackets. I swear I had tried it with quotations before though, but in either case it ended up being something really stupid on my part. :rolleyes: Maigrets. Ulrims says it's supposed to be compatible with it and the readme doesn't meantion anything about any other mods I'm using. I'm not going to spawn any actors or anything, just the armored horses which aren't used in the game in any other way. If it ends up leading to more trouble or possible problems I just won't worry about spawning them, leaving it on in the background shouldn't cause any trouble. I'm gonna give it a try though, I thought this might actually bring some life to an otherwise basically worthless plugin from bethesda. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
