LHammonds
A kudos would be premature at the moment. I am having difficulty exporting the model to NIF format and properly attached to the skeleton. I modified / joined the UV Maps so you'll need to combine and resize the textures appropriately when done. I'll also make a GND version too. EDIT: Try this out. This is completely untested in-game (might be 100% screwed up)The NIFs are configured as described in the Reflective Metal articleNeeds textures created and paths in NIF files updated to point to new texturesLHammonds

Gethesmain
I'm not well versed in this business, I download this to my data files? The files say they are Nif. Do I need Nifscope to activate this? Basically I'm asking "how do I get this on my character". Thank you for your help so far LHammonds, you're an artisan. LHammonds
"how do I get this on my character"Well, it is just a wearable helmet NIF and a "world object" NIF for when it is dropped on the ground. You need: Construction Set - To create a plugin to add the models to the game...such as a vendor.NifSkope - To extract a UV Map template as well as to update the texture path to where the texture is placed.Paint.NET (or other image editor) - To create a new texture or manipulate the original textures to fit the new UV map layout.CrazyBump - To create a new normal map or manipulate the originals to fit the new UV map layout (can use various image editors)The most time-consuming part will be the creation or re-arrangement of the original textures. I've attached the UV template to this post as a Paint.NET source file in 1024x1024 format. LHammonds
