Missing Solitude textures.

HI all. These missing textures/meshes have been bugging me for a while, but since this only occurs in Solitude, and only in areas that aren't crucial, I've been putting up with it (especially since my Skyrim now is as stable as its ever been). Below are some screenshots to give you an idea. Just past the shops all hell breaks loose. I can walk and fall to my death. Just past the smithing table I can take a sweet plunge as well. Fortunately I can still walk further downtown (e.g. to Blue Palace), but needless to say this breaks immersion severely. My mod list is below as well. Based on my cursory research it may be a LOD issue and may not show up in my mod list, since not all LOD altering mods have associated esps. Anyway, I thought I'd run it by you guys to see if you have any ideas. I do appreciate it.

Could you please replace your mod list with the text file version of your BOSS log? Also, please list any mods that you've used (or removed) that do not have esps (the ones that show up on your mods page but not your plugins page of NMM).

Finally, please list any mods that you have removed from the game before this problem appeared.

But I dont use this mod. So, for me, with identical problems to yours, but mine are Solitude with massive holes in the floor and textureless appalling looking buildings and missing doors etc.... WHAT do I do?

I have done the usual rebuilds but nothing seems to remove it.
I have a clean game.... still there. ??????? Huh?
