Again, never said that AKs are the greatest - they're certainly not, and lack heavily in accuracy, for starters. Personally, if I had to pick one assault rifle, I'd choose the AN-94 Abakan (not the most reliable and very expensive, but damn, that two-round-fire mechanism is insane), but that's not part of this debate.

 

Also, I'm not arguing because I have no personal grievance towards you or your opinions - I simply dislike people who choose their own set of facts instead of reality. Hence why, instead of citing what I believe to be superior weapons, I am simply objectively stating the M16's capabilities to the best current documentation.

...You are aware that 1), the AK-47 is the most-produced firearm in history, and 2), the AK-47 is typically constructed in improvised workshops in third-world countries to arm militias? It's impossible to get specifications perfect in such locations. Materials and construction quality vary vastly from workshop to workshop, and likely between individual rifles produced by each workshop.

 

And I'm not arguing - simply trying to get the objective facts straight. The M-16 is not the greatest rifle in the world and has a sixty-year-old design. Which part of that statement is incorrect, exactly?

Ehhh no.AKM for that matter.A good old 7.62 for any problems with hostile ppls.

 

M16 is fairly accurate(I used it for a year in IDF)but when Galil is much better.

1:NCR and Legion rearm

Legion-AK's

 

2:Some good quests with battles.Like Legion attempts to attack Maccaran.

3:NCR taking Cottonwood Cove.With Courier's help of course.

4:The dam is not the final battle of the game.(Also needs more troops).

5:Player defending or attacking New Vegas itself.Depending on the player's side.

Fight through Freeside and the Strip to get to NCR embassy.(Must be enhanced with heavy NCR troops)

Or Defend Vegas.Settle things for NCR and the Kings and gather militia in Freeside to get the numbers on our side.

More quests must be innvented for that.

Like getting extra suppies and food to the Freeside.Or if you Legion kill all caravans and cut supply lines.
