Marked Containers, who dun it?

hey Im running FCOM- Frans, OOO, MMM, War Cry, Cobl and I noticed that whenever I activate a container it will be marked either by a white hand print, or the actual container changing physically making it look like its been opened and looted, Drawers opened, Chest with cloth hanging out the top, barrels with lids opened. Anyone know were this change came from and how to turn it off?

I can get screen shots and a copy of my load order if anyone doesn't know right away. thanks everyone
