Moira-well everybody said why they like her so im not gonna explain why i like her

Fawkes-besides being a roadblock sometimes you can see why he sorta hates his group plus i love how he gun s*** down with the Gatling laser and does his one-liners

Dad-people may say he may been a bit dim for a bright light but he did finish what he started before he and mom had you (PC) and i grew attached to him a bit even when he sacrificed himself to try to kill Autumn, also Liam Neeson FTW!

Sarah Lyons-at first she seem like a stuck up biatch but if you remained good throughout Broken Steel you can tell she wanted know the PC more (even more if you was a dude) plus i wanted to bone her

Harold- you feel sorry that he stuck to the ground and he's been in the FO universe so you got love him and care if you want oblige by killing him if you want the perk or toast him so you can kill the crap all of the ppl in Oasis

Bittercup-i guess if your PC is a dude you tell she want to go out with you but quickly hide her feelings

Tulip-She seem like the "human" of the all the ghouls in Underworld

Sydney-also want to bone her and she was a NPC WITH a story! but I think Bethseda cut her story very quick which sucks

Brooke-Yea she a mod girl but still wanna bone her

Bernie-same as above

Neutral:

Desmond-he's a brit and even though there was times he cussed me out and got me in a point that i put a bullet in him he just had that "I'm better than you" feel to him and there is nothing you can do about it

Three Dog-talk all the bad s*** about me i can drop you in instant and make sure no one finds your body.

Sticky- I just Fast-Traveled to Big Town so I really didnt get a chance to see how he was annoying as f*** he was

Mary-(from the Republic of Dave)-seriously why are you married to this jackwad? but eh you should be pres

Hate:

Tennpenny-with all the replies no reason why

Mister Crowley-I did your dirty work and you want to keep my reward? you die!

Amata-I thought me and the PC could hit it off but i killed your dad to save/help you (ok you can hate me for that.) but when i came back to Vault 101 to save you and all the residents from a tyrannical ****wad you still kicked me out! (I probably deserved to kicked out because i did kill two people in the vault) but after all i did for you still kick me out WTF girl?!

Doctor Li-why you gotta like a snooty smart b****?!

Braun-you held me and Dad hostage and made me kill a bunch of people for your sick enjoyment i so wished i could open that pod and slash you up!

Tobar-You took part of my brain so you get your hands on some fruit? Man chopping you to bits never felt so goood....

Wernher-Im all with slave uprising because slavery is wrong but stealing babies? Not cool dude, not cool

Ashur-you hold people against their will for your own gain of course im not gonna like you

Proffesor Calvert- OK i killed Desmond and you still want me dead WTF and you talk a lot of s*** for a talking brain in a tubular fish tank.

Talon Comp.-You kill defenseless people then pop out nowhere where trying to kill me with assault rifles and missile launchers. and you wonder why i either nuke your a** or try to kill you guys in the most gruesome of ways

Dave-you don't have to treat outsiders especially guys like me that killed more possibly more people than a war would and kill so many mutants (insects, wildlife whatever) like there are inferior and want to shoot at me all because i touched your ham radio

Moira - No real reason why, just a clumbsy character.

Jericho - Great companion. Funny character.

Fawkes - Who doesn't love an overgrown, extremely strong character to watch your back? :D

Desmond - I don't know why, but I like this guy. Again, he's got some great quotes. Swears a lot.

Mr Burke - A decendant of Lucien Lachance.

Sarah Lyons - A nice character - A bit wary of the player at first, and a bit *censored*. But turns out to be a good fighting partner :D

Super Mutants - Funny! You're here... YOU'RE HERE... STOP HIDING!

Neutral

Butch - Mixed feelings. Bully, and I delight in the irony that he comes begging for help during the "Escape!" quest.

Paul Hannon - He's uhhh.. Just uhhh..... Boring uhhh.

Wally Mack - Had so much potential. But falls at the first hirdle.

Dad - Everyone likes a geeky hero character. But travelling ALL that way to a Vault to rescue him, and then dies in the following quest?! Jerk.

Allistair Tenpenny - HEIGH HO! Whats up with this guy? But funny nontheless.

Hate:

Amata - For the same reason as the above. Apart from the hit it off part.

Tobar - You TOOK MAH BRAIN!

Mr Crowley - I don't like ghouls. Especially those who don't give me a reward for doing their bidding.

Nathan - In megaton, Just talks about the government and how they'll sort everything out. Well I just hate governments, and politics. Such a boring topic.

President Eden - Oh how I do hate this character. Stupid recordings.

Three Dog - Again, very annoying. his "Reports" are ANNOYING!

Mayor Macready - I've never known a kid swear so much in all my life. Stupid little brat, I so wish I could kill you, and JUST YOU!

James - That little brat in Rivet City

Colonel Autumn - I hate him. Give him the code and he blows your head off?

The annoying trader just east of the Super-Duper mart. The old lady (Red neck) - Just for being annoying.

A few of the top of my head

Like

Moira - like the quirky aunt who everyone loves to have over for dinner (not TOO often)

Sydney - maybe because I like the Sydney follower mod so much, but I always liked the female gun nut relic-hunter thing.

Willow - I'll never forget her warm welcome to the Mall during my first playthrough. A nice breath of hospitality after some metro hell.

Tulip - I warm up to anyone who tells me I'd look great in leather

Actually, I like underworld generally - Winthrop, Patches, Snowflake, Carol - all are from the ghoul school of cool in my books.

Dislike

Red - I save your ass from becoming supermutant stew and you're gonna charge me to heal the injuries I took?!

Dr. Li - She was lucky we got to the Citadel when we did. Man, one more "What IS IT?!" and I woulda let loose the Xuolong.

Pallidan Hoss & his initiate - I don't WANT your escort! Especially with a cowering intitiate in tow.

Father Birch - total nutjob

Isabella Proud - okay, dead, but still... she slathers ghoul-attraction goo onto her colleagues radsuit without telling him?!

Operate on the guy who is on the table, and your healing becomes free :D Found a few more characters I like and hate.

Likes:

Uncle Leo (Everyone has to love another friendly super mutant) - can be found wandering the north western end of the wastes

Moriarty - Although i find the "Information is a Commodity" quote annoying, I love an irish accent

- The guy who talks to you at the gate of paradise falls. Very funny character.

Security Chief guy (at tenpenny tower) for having the awesome conversation via intercom with Roy Jones

Hate:

Dr Li - Very snotty, always yells at the player

Daniel Agincourt - After apologising to you for being an ass after Dad dies, he still acts like an ass after an apology.

Wally Mack - Annoying.

Overseer Mack - Above

Officer Mack - Incredibly weak, hitting a girl

Like:

Mayor MacCready - It takes some real guts to tell a fully power armored person wielding a rocket launcher anything he will say. Plus the "child at heart" perk conversation is priceless.

Dr Lesko - Ok, he is a idiot but at least he's trying to do something that could help the people of the waste as much as the BOS.

Abraham Washington - Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it, as we had a nuclear war and nearly destroyed the world just makes it more important.

neutral:

BOS - Yeah they do some good but I got the impression they slaughtered a lot of mutants at The Pit which is pretty enclave like.

Enclave - Some good goals but a lot of bad goals and the good one's they mostly go about all wrong.

Hate:

The talking brain - Really betrayal at least the ghoul owns up and gives a reward.

Three dog - In exchange for helping a guy find his father you send him to the place you warn people away from, yeah real "good" of you.

Does anyone know about Uncle Leo?

BEST NPC IN THE GAME.

He's the only friendly super mutant in the game besides Fawkes.

He's so sweet and nice, and he gives you his only belongings. Also, if you meet him when you have Fawkes in your party, they have an EPIC conversation. Sadly, most people never meet Uncle Leo because hes a random encounter. C'mon Bethesda.

If you want to see what happens when you meet him:

So yeah, he would have to be my favorite character in the game. He is also referenced in New Vegas by Lily. (She is always talking about "leo")

As far as who I hate, Amata was quite a female dog

I'm pretty new to the game so I might still discover new favorites and new douchebags.

Favorites

Desmond: He somehow reminded me of Gary Oldman who's one of my favorite actors. And I really liked his grumpy attitude, the way how he treated me as a not-totally-incompetent-noob and how he could honestly say to my face that he's mostly just using me XD ("Of course I f**** want you to do something else. You don't expect me to trod around this mudhole myself, do you?"). What makes the character more lovable for me is that he never sounds like he's boasting. When he says he's a mean rock hard bastard, that's not bragging, that's just a fact. He has killed more people than my character has met. He has a right to have an attitude. There really is just some certain magic about him. He's mean, never really thanks you, yet you do everything he says. At least I never thought about betraying him and was actually worried that he would die.

Scribe Bigsley: He's so stressed that it's funny. Seriously, I don't know how long I spent just standing there next to his desk and listening his interaction with his golleagues. + he seems like a down to earth guy. Not one of those "Brotherhood of Steel is SO AMAZING and I'm a saint" -dudes.

Gob: He's the first genuinely nice character I met outside of the Vault + he was also the first ghoul I encountered so I was really fascinated by him. He certainly doesn't deserve the treatment he gets from Moriarty and other residents. Heck, I created a new character who was supposed to be total a-hole but even he couldn't be mean to Gob. That's how much his character affected me.

Argyle: Perhaps a bit funny choice since one can never see him alive (without mods/cheats) but I really enjoy the radio show and Argyle managed to make a great impression. After I read the wikia pages, I just started to appreciate the character even more. He's a badass + his loyalty to Dashwood is really admirable.

Moira Brown: This woman is crazy but that and her naivety is something that makes her endearing. I like it how she just talks about all this awful stuff with such a happy, carefree tone. Kinda annoying yeah but that's also what makes her memorable for me.

Fawkes: A friendly Super Mutant? Awesome!

Mr.Burke: Yeah, he's an evil bastard but he's one memorable bastard. I was rather enthralled when I met him for the first time. He just stood so much out from the other characters.... and I was half-expecting he would show up while I was sleeping and tell me to kill Rufio XD.

Various Underworld residents: I just love to hang around in Underworld. The residents are easily approachable and helpful towards my character + some of them are just hilarious. Like the local drunk Patchwork and Cerberus with his "my programming sucks" -attitude. I even liked Crowley ("Is that so? Even if I call you a milk-sucking, mutant-loving, water-stealing son of a *****?" XD).

Charon: Dark, brooding, made a really nice first impression with his considerable height and the way how he just shot hit former employer without a second thought. A loyal bodyguard who doesn't care about your karma, is a good shot and knows how to be sneaky. + I really like his random mumblings.

Jericho: I still haven't had him as a companion but he already entertrains me to no end. He has some really hilarious comments.

Butch: He's trying SO hard to be tough but at the next moment he's deadly afraid of roaches and gets to be a hairdresser XD. It's almost endearing. He's obviously trying to hide his sense of inadequacy by being a bully and those faults make him pretty realistic and interesting character. I admit though that at first I just wanted to punch him in the face.

Billy Creel: First time I saw him I was like "OMG I want that eyepatch!" but after I learned of his story I couldn't even think of shooting him (and I later learned that the eyepatch can't even be used by the PC =P). He's the type of character who are a rare sight in the Wastelands. He did something very good for other character without any personal gain and without feeling like he was paying the debt or something. Got my respect.

Least favorites

Enclave/President Eden: America this, america that, shut the f*** up already.

Doctor Li: This woman has a serious superiority complex. I was helping her out and she was just bitching about it. Listen here, you may be the boss in your lab but you better drop that snobby attitude when we're in a situation that's out of your power.

Princess and McCready: Simply, they are brats. I just wished I could make my character take them over his knees and spank their bottoms raw.

Millicent Wellington and Anthony Ling: Ughh, could these people be any more snobbish and full of themselves? + they are prejudiced bigots.

Amata: Something about her just rubs me the wrong way. She's a little miss goody goody and your supposed best friend but she will drop you like a pair of old socks when she feels like it. I became really annoyed when I was leaving the Vault and she said that she's going to clean up the mess ME and my dad caused. Thanks a lot. Like my character ever asked for his father to leave and for the Overseer to use violence to get him (and my char even escaped in the nice way and didn't kill the prick). She was rather fun as a kid. Too bad it didn't last.

Tunnel Snakes (other than Butch): That one guy couldn't honestly say anything else but "Tunnel Snakes rule!" Idiots.

Some BoS members: They and their holier-than-thou attitude was really aggravating. Yeah, you're SO good that you shoot friendly ghouls on sight and need my character's help to do your freaking job.

Hey, he had me at "Don't Hit Me!"
