spazzization
The title says it all methinks... I don't actually play runescape anymore, but it has some rather intriguing stuff, such as... http://runevillage.com/images/rs2Specialre...rsBarrows16.gif (sorry it was the best picture i could find) The armor + stuff is called Dharok, and that big axe of his should so MASSIVE damage, as well as his armor being amazing, also, if i wear all the armor + the axe, a set effect called "wretched strength" kicks in, in this case, the lower on health i am the harder i can hit, making for some very high hits indeed... While the meshes + textures could be done by an master modder, i was wondering... is the set effect even possible? if not, is it possible in modified form? :thanks: in advance
spazzization
I should add that the Dharok armor set doesn't have any boots or gauntlets, so they are pretty much the modders decision as to what they look like... but hopefully you'll show me a picture of what you had in mind for them. alex2avs
Just saying... the Runescape requests , mostly remain requests around ... mostly because the images of the armors are... ehm... not detalied enough ... I mean ... you can barely see anything  As for the axe , there should be something similar around the TESNexus...
spazzization
That's stupid... how accurate do you WANT them???? Seriously I couldn't think of a worse excuse if I tried.
Peppez
That's stupid... how accurate do you WANT them???? Seriously I couldn't think of a worse excuse if I tried. The armors and weapons in RuneScape are pretty much just plain colors, and have very little detail. The armor and weapons in Oblivion have tons of details. So really that is not a bad excuse at all... The best you'd usually ever get is a retexture, like this. But there are some RuneScape mods: RuneScape God SwordAdamant Weapons and ArmorAnti Dragonfire ShieldInfinity Robes
kieranfoy
That's stupid... how accurate do you WANT them???? Seriously I couldn't think of a worse excuse if I tried. You give people a picture about the size of my thumb, that's so pixilated all I can make out is that it kinda looks maybe like iron armor, MAYBE, and you think it's stupid that people say (quite politely, UNLIKE YOU) that it's a little too undetailed to make? AND you insult and verbaly abuse them? Man, you better shape up your attitude.
Slawter500
Be polite, or you will not get around here, if you just throw the advice of a very good modder(and texturer and (i think) modeller) right back in your face then you won't exactly get help from other modders. TheLastIstari
Oh yes, that's nice, someone posts and has a valid point (that armor is blurry as crap, if we were to copy it, it'd just be one form fitting flat surface), and you call them stupid and say their excuse is crap. Maybe you should learn some manners before you go requesting, because I can guarentee you now that no one's going to do a request for a brat like you, you sure you quit Runescape? It's seeming hard to believe.
strikerdes
i agree with use. invest in some manners, there running cheap. why do you want the cheap looking items from runescape anyway, its a game for children. RESPECT
Vagrant0
i agree with use. invest in some manners, there running cheap. why do you want the cheap looking items from runescape anyway, its a game for foul mouthed, disrespectful children who want to play games from school computers, or computers where they aren't allowed to install any sort of client software. RESPECTAdded some corrections for truth. Should also point out that Runescape is far from being the largest MMO. I would bet money that both WoW and many Asian based MMOs have a playerbase far in excess of the 18-22 thousand who log into runescape, and who don't consist of people dual boxing with bots running. The number of people who actually play the game is really quite small. Getting back to the matter at hand, as said, there isn't much that can be done about the armor. You could pretty much just take the blackwood armor and re-define it. For the axe, it's a fairly generic design, so something close probably exists within the mod database is the silver battleaxe isn't good enough. If this isn't what you want, it's probably about all you're going to get. The reality is that regardless the source, or whatever opinions you might have about the source, the thing being requested is too non-specific, non-detailed to do anything more substantial with. The reality is that what the item looks like is not why you requested it. You requested it just because you want to have something that looks close, but has the same name as that other item so that you can run around in a different game saying "I'm wearing the armor of Korgax!! Fear ME!!!" or something similar. And for that, it's usually something which is best done by the person who wants to run around as Korgax the Defiler*, so that they can have the joy of having made it themselves. It's also a good incentive to learn some basic modding. *There probably is no such character as Korgax the Defiler, it is only there as a generic name for whoever people are wanting to run around as. As said, the specifics of the source doesn't really matter from a technical standpoint, and mostly only have meaning to those who make that request.
