Guest Guest
I don't know what I pay, I thought 39.95 euros a month, and my max DL speed is 80 kbyte a second  And that's about the best you can get in this godforsaken country, unless you want to pay a lot. At school I had 600 kbyte/sec...

Mojlnir
Stupid flippin' 56k modem at home. At school, we run either a T1 or T3 and my computer is hooked in via Ethernet. The computer itself is a stunning Pentium I 133, so that slows things down. Just a bit. <_< Within the next couple of weeks my home connection will go DSL with speeds at 1500K/384K (downstream/upstream). I can hardly wait!! Look out Planetside, here I come! Baphomet
Like Peregrine, my office is on a college campus. T-10 lines here. Makes my cable modem at home look pokey. Needless to say, I download plug-ins like a bad-dog while I'm here at work - thank gawd for zip disks!
