Crashing to the west of Whiterun

I've been having this problem where I keep crashng when ever I approach the giant camp to the west of Whiterun. I have tried many things to fix this even reinstalling (yes I deleted the skyrim folder for a fresh install) any suggestions would be greatky appreciated.

If you haven't used BOSS, do that first, then read the log and address all of the messages first.

Problem Sorted Apparently theres something wrong with andromeda.

More then just that wrong with this load order...get rid of all that's wrong ...your game will work so much better...things like these...
