jello558 Posted March 4, 2006 Share Posted March 4, 2006 Hello everyone. A while ago at the start of november I founded the Academy of Daedric Studies. It was going well until the release of oblvion was delayed and it dwindled. I also went into hospital for some time, leaving it unmanned. So with the release of oblivion I thought there would be no better time to start it up. But this time, Better... The thought of having a place for anyone intrested in daedra to converse and talk about their personal studies is a great one indeed. Especially for me as it is my favourite subject. So the thought that struck me last week really made me excited. What about not just having a forum or a website, but an interactive academy inside the game? So here is my idea: We have a forum, sure, but we also have a module which is updated and released every month whcih would add the Academy into the game. In the forum there is a ranking system and "teachers" are people who are very knowledgeable in their specified subject. So we could have a place in the academy for them, each with their own classroom. There would be me, the headmaster and all the other staff with full dialogue and quests to go on for the academy. We could even add regular forum members into the game, with a description from them as to what their character is like. It is a big project and more information will be on the academy forums soon. What I really want to know is if anyone would be intrested and if so, register. I really only want to plough my heart and soul into this if I know others are intrested aswell. Just think of all the new things we will learn about Daedra and what a big part it will play in Oblivion.
