Rommel_The_Fox
Is it possible to join the royal guard? this is causing me severe mental trouble. Is are their certain things that need to be done first or is it just impossible? :( off the topic, but what needs to be done to drown the black dart gang? can you really do it or am I being fooled? and while were still off the topic is there any certain area in sloesthiem (sp) that i can go to find a werewolf? and are there any major drawbacks to being a werewolf besides having to feed eveynight? Killians5
I can answer 2 of your 3 questions (p.s the mods are gonna correct you for the completely off the topic/ werewolf is in wrong forum/ if you would have searched for these topics you would have found an answer to all/some of them [check under bloodmoon pinned werewolves]). You cannot join the royal guard. If you become a werewolf people will attack you at sight is a big setback along with others (again see the thread). I would also tell you if you do the main bloodmoon missions you will eventually ahve the choice to be one or not and even if you pick not you eventually get an artifact that will allow you too choose when you become one. Malchik
In answer to your multipart post (not all relevant to Trib as has been pointed out). 1. You cannot join the RG legitimately in the game. You can join via the console - pcjoinfaction"Royal guard" but apart from increasing their disposition towards you it is meaningless to do so. You can use 'pcraiserank' to get to be boss man but again it serves no useful purpose at all. 2. You can drown the BD gang. But don't be a wimp. Take them out one by one. 3. There are one or two random werewolves and one in the Connorflenge barrow at night only. I don't knoe if you can catch lycanthropy off them. As is pointed out you get it as part of the main quest. One main prob with werewolves IMO is that they cannot pick anything up.
theRAIDER
An addition to Malchik's post: Lone werewolves are extremely uncommon and there is little to no chance that you will encounter them. However, werewolves can be found in each of the following locations after nightfall: 1. As previously stated, Connorflenge Barrow (highest chance of encounter here)2. One in Stormpfrund Barrow (little chance)3. One can be found around Thirsk (little chance)4. Two around Raven Rock (little chance)5. One near the wreck of the Dwemer Airship (little chance)6. One near the Sun Stone (little chance) There may be more than the ones I've listed above, I was particularly thorough but with creatures that appear randomly like werewolves, there's no telling how many more there could be. Sypron
i think werewolves count as npcs, so there would only be as many as there are in the CS.
Fox demon
I heard there was a way to join the Royal Guard but i highly doubt it and if the only way to become a werewolf is if you decide to become one after you fight them during the solsthiem quest or finish the solsthiem story line and get the ring of hircine becoming a vampire is much easier thats why i chose it over werewolf
Switch
This probably fits in better in Spoilers. Moving...
