At one point in a playthrough, I was able to inform Amata that I knew the Vault had been opened once before. Since then, I have not been able to replicate the dialogue. I have no idea what triggers it as I have read the logs on the Overseer's terminal and spoken to Moriarty. What controls whether or not you have this dialogue option?
