Is GNR not even listed on your pip boy?

 

Try these console commands. I'm not sure how the GNR quest will be, but let's give it a shot.

Tried, dissable every mod but to no avail.

 

cannot get Galaxy news radio back. is there any mod on the nexus that "resurrect" it?

Slightly unrelated question, but I don't know who else to ask. At one point in a playthrough, I was able to inform Amata that I knew the Vault had been opened once before. Since then, I have not been able to replicate the dialogue. I have no idea what triggers it as I have read the logs on the Overseer's terminal and spoken to Moriarty. What controls whether or not you have this dialogue option?
