Something like this is usually something which is best discussed with one of the site admins, like Dark0ne, who can look into user account information. That said, a whois of your IP returns a host based in China. As there has been a history of Chinese spam accounts being created, and Chinese IPs being blocked on this site due to hacking attempts and general annoyances, it might be a reason why your account was removed. If you are not located in China, it would probably be in your best interest to refrain from using a China based proxy. The content of this site would also likely conflict with many of the filters and controls put in place by the Chinese government for Chinese citizens, so probably isn't advisable even if you were located in China.
