phagar Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 I have spent the last hour plus trying to download the "Open Better Cities" file but I can't figure it out .I cannot find a download button and nothing I click on works .Would someone please explain to me how to do this .It has become very frustrating . Thanks to all but I still cannot find it .I did a search yesterday and found two files .Those were "Open Better Cities" and "Open Better Cities Secret Entrance" . When I click on "files" I am directed to this page "http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/" .Nowhere on this page can I find a way to download the file. Going back, after the search when the two files are displayed I tried clicking on "Open Better Cities" .Then I am directed to "http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17084" .This page has a list of how many downloads etc. and lots of descriptions and advice but again no way to download . Where you see Main files1 - OpenBetterCities v3_16719kb6992 downloads21:43, 19 June 2009Main File - REQUIRED! It's actually the line "1 - OpenBetterCities v3_1" that you click. You should then get a pop up window. (If you have pop up windows disabled you might not get anything happen - that might explain it?) The pop-up window should have something like Seattle, USA (243 users) Dallas, USA (163 users) Note that it sometimes takes a while for the pop-up window to display stuff - if it's all white then wait a mo. Finally click one of the location lines Seattle, USA (243 users) You should get the following displayed. Downloading fileYour file is being prepared for download ...If you do not receive an error, and the page continues to load, please be patient. phagar Posted December 15, 2009 Author Share Posted December 15, 2009 ptbptb You were right about the pop up's .Firefox blocks them automatically but that is now changed .I have gone through the whole thing again (several times) and apparently it is beyond my abilities .The only listing I could find is "Open Better Cities" .I could find nothing that mentioned 1 - OpenBetterCities v3_1 I did however find an upload site but of course that is not what I need .I am going to give up on these downloads as I don't have the ability to do so for one reason or another but I would like to thank you for the time and effort you invested on my behalf .
