Shuttering Skyrim.

Currently i am suffering some shuttering on skyrim, some times are long shutterings of 1minute or more , and other are 1 second ones ,normaly its when the map is loading somewhere the FPS vary from 55~~60[v-sync

GTX 560 SE SSC

I5-2310 2.9Gh

8GM Ram

You are exceeding your GPU memory. You can see the shuttering on the graph--your computer is having to clear out memory in order to make room.

You will need to reduce your graphics demands.

There are many ways to do this--not using the high-res dlcs, using a texture optimizer, choosing lower-res versions of mods, using less or new lighting/fx mods. You will just need to play around to see what combination works best for your computer and your tastes.

if this is what causing the prolbem, should i remove Enboost so the Mods only run on RAM and not on GPU Memory?

I dont use ENBoost, but as I understand it, there are settings that are specific to your graphics card memory, so I don't think that would be the problem However, someone with more experience with that should help you. Or check the ENB forum itself.

 

For DDSOpt, you can get a lot of information on how to use it and the settings on the related STEP page. Generally, though, you are wanting to reduce your textures, so nothing bigger than 1024. Also, just DDS, not BSA.

after walking a while on my skyrim i decided to uninstal it , all the mods etc... and install all again very carefully , currently the game is not only shuttering , water is flickering too and there is a weird shadows on caracther face.

Are you playing in fullscreen or windowed mode? Sometimes fullscreen can amplify problems like that in certain cases.

 

Also, are you running on an SSD or HDD?

 

Oh and pro tip, use a spoiler tag when you have a huge list like you do in the OP :)

Look carefully at your Graph...you are running that GPU hot...back it down some....90c is very very warm for a GPU. :)

 

A vanilla Skyrim with ONLY the HR-DLC's loads in at 1290, more then you card has (1024) you can not run the High rez DLC's.

 

When you UNinstalled Skyrim , if you did not delete the Skyrim folder you could have remnants of old mods present. Follow the STEP guide to get a Vanilla Skyrim.
