Massive Ambitious Project

Hey I have an idea for giant undertaking that would most likely require a team of fellow modders to accomplish. It's such feat that it would be akin to Bethesda making another DLC addon. Unfortunately, I lack the skill to do it myself. Here's what I'm thinking. The first part is a player home. What if you had a player home that progressed and advanced as you do? I have yet to find any player home that changes and advances and essentially levels up as you do. And it would be huge!!! I'm thinking a giant network of underground tunnels that you first work to clean up and finish digging out. Then you furnish it like a completed but basic house like the Hearthfire homes you can build. That's when the real fun starts. First, you would have a huge number of rooms. Including: main hall, kitchen, library, alchemy suite, enchanting suite, smithing suite, storage room, farm/garden, trophy room, and so on. You would also a set of four special rooms and this is the key. Each room would devoted to each of the four guild/factions in Skyrim. So you would have a room for: the thieves guild, dark brotherhood, the companions, and the mages' college. When you first furnish these rooms they're very basic like the rest of the house. Then, as you progress and advance through the story lines of the four factions, each room changes and looks more like it belongs with each faction. Each quest upon completion would add new items to the respective rooms. So what you end up with is a home that is living and adapting reflection of your player's accomplishments. Also, I have an idea for the trophy room. Let's say you want to have a frost troll trophy. In order for the home to allow you to make it, you first have to kill a certain number of trolls throughout the vast wilderness of Skyrim. This is where it ties into your game stats page. If you want a draugr trophy, you have to go out and kill a certain number of them first. This would encourage the player to not just go through the quests, but to go out and explore the wilds. So your home would progress as you do. The next part is where the ambition comes into play. The way you discover and claim this dragonborn-worthy underground estate. It belonged to your father. Once you become thane of Whiterun, Jarl Balgruff mentions that you remind him of someone he used to know. Irileth pipes and says that you remind her of (insert badass character name here). You speak up and say that was the name of your father. You then get a piece of this massive backstory that basically explains that your father is a legendary badass known amongst myth and legend throughout all of Skyrim. Then you go through this expansive quest line to find your father. You travel to all the holds, gathering backstory and evidence along the way. The last would be Solitude. Where you find out the last known location of your long lost father. Turns out he was tricked and captured by orc bandits and has been held as a prisoner and slave ever since. You clear out the bandits and rescue your nearly dead father. He takes you to this little shack that hides the entrance to this giant underground network. He tells you that he built it for you. But he never got a chance to finish it. So after you nurse your father back to prime health, you and him finish cleaning out the tunnels. Then you get everything furnished the way you want it. It's then that he tells you the true secret of these caves. They aren't normal caves. He discovered their secret while he was excavating. He noticed that the walls woud begin to change as he got stronger. The tunnels were reflecting him. The true power of these caves is that they will advance and change and adapt as you do. Then after all that nice family reunion, you can have your own father as a follower on your travels. When not with you he is at home cleaning up the caves. Spring cleaning that kind of thing. Now, obviously even he could not have done all this by himself. he tells you that he gathered mages, rangers, thieves, assassins, warriors, leaders to help him. Scattered throughout Skyrim, you can gather these people as followers and guild members. I saw a mod that allows you to start your own guild but I don't remember who made it. I would be cool to tie that in. Then more house advancement fun. As you gather more mages to join you, the enchanting suite advances and changes, each mage having his or her own station. Then maybe one of the comes to you and tells you that they have put their heads together and created a new enchantment and they want you to go out into the world and test it out and report back to them. Same thing for the rangers and thieves but they bring you new potions and poison recipes. Or they tell you they have heard rumors of new herbs and plants or new creatures throughout Skyrim with new recipe and ingredient possibilties but they need someone with more skill to go out and gather more evidence. The warriors bring you new combat techniques that add new perks to your skill trees. The blacksmiths you gather bring you new weapons and armor to test. This would allow modders to take the new original content they already make and introduce them into Skyrim in a new and exciting way. So that even if you advance this ultimate house as far as you can, there is still new quests and items and content all the time so it keeps adapting. Also, the tunnel system would have tunnels and trapdoors that lead to all the holds and most major towns in Skyrim. Very useful for quicker travel and for thieves to get into otherwise off limits places. I would also like to make it to where you can paint this home with different paint themes in each room. So like if you want your farm/garden room to have walls painted with murals of forests and woods, but you want your dark brotherhood room to look like blood and guts are oozing from the walls. I think all this could be mind blowing. But I can't do it on my own. I want to know if there are any modders out there who like this idea and would like to join this giant project. Anyone who joins will get full credit for all their work. As long as I also get the credit for all this being my idea. XD And sorry for being so long winded. But I wanted to really go into detail about what I have in mind. Any comments and ideas welcome.
