New to modding, need help.

I have downloaded a lot of mods but I need help with the ones I don't need. As in basicly the same mods types but I have multiples. I don't know which ones to get rid of and which ones to get. Going for overall quality.

You might also take a look here and you should always read the description of your mods before installing them. Look at the images, maybe browse through the archive to see which files get installed, then you know what's already modded in your game, what you need and what you don't need. In the end it's much about personal taste which mods to keep.

If you're new to modding, then I would recommend looking at mods carefully one at a time rather than trying to compile a list of the perfect mods. Add one, see how it works, learn about that mod's compatibility and try it out with some others that you want to use. It's generally going to be a personal process that takes time and gives you a unique Skyrim that matches what you're looking for.

If you want just a list of mods which will work together and create a great effect, you can't go wrong with Gopher's video series that was recommended above. The mods in those videos all work together simply and easily but create a fantastic appearance to skyrim. It's the perfect base to build from.

Looking at your list above, one issue sticks out immediately. You have both UNP and CBBE mods on the list. These are two different female body-types and while you can combine them to some extent, there are going to be certain issues with that. If you're new to modding it might be best to pick one of the two bodytypes and just stick with that one for everything.
