LegoManIAm94
I was wondering if someone can help me with a Oblivion Online Mod and Morrowind Online Mod. No I know that Oblivion and especually Morrowind Online will be dead but I will make a time where everyone will play worldwide. It can run 24/7 but mainly people will be online at a specific time. I will like to make type of games such as questplay where you work togeather to do quests up to 4 players, Arena where you fight 1v1 to the death with no Mods, and then Mods where you play with eachother mods up to 4 players. I have started on the arena part for Morrowind and Oblivion.
andy12750
Isn't there already multiplayer mods for those two? Dead mod, yes, but still mods.

L33Nexus
Dude believe me this aint easy AT ALL, it takes people with a degree of awesomeness and cleverness to pull off something like this. All the best to you!
Ranokoa
Setting up a server with designated new exterior lands that are customly made to specifically work with multiplayer would be the best option. Also, setting up a chat would be hard as hell if even possible, but pointless to make the mod without it. There has to be some kind of interaction. Using vanilla cyrodiil is a bad idea considering how it is completely made for 1 person, and so much can go awry with it. A new land that is semi large would be the best bet, with accessible smaller parts of the land specifically like instances and or dungeons, that are wide enough for four people, of course. Mods would probably be hand picked by the server set up and would best be put in to specific areas rather than affected areas allover. Such as, have a small land like an arena or whatever where you can NOT go unless you have the mod enabled, if you don't, it is off limits to the player. This way incompatibilities are averted from having multiple people have different mods enabled than the other. Making it impossible to have your own mod enabled is a MUST as it can wreck everything for everyone else, and all you would see if you don't have that particular mod is a giant yellow exclamation point. Such as a weapon, the person would be hit with a ! rather than a sword if they didn't have that particular mod. All the best to you, but it is going to be difficult and take a lot of thinking and designations. I suggest scrollstudio.com as a base of operations for this project. LegoManIAm94
I would also make it so that you cannot hurt the other players online expet in the arena mod you can.
Blitzkrieg3801
Hm.... I think it would be awesome as a multi-player game. It also makes me happy that you're not suggesting making Oblivion in to an MMO... Well, good luck! Hopefully this will go through.
alex2avs
It is impossible to make Morrowind Online , unless you rewrite pretty much of the code , which is illegal. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=9914
L33Nexus
Theres is an oblivion multiplayer mod already out its a Beta but a limit of fraps excludes it to 2 person per server and you cant do any quests bcause it needs a set quest to work. it is good and does work although it's asif your looking in 3rd person to the other person all the time. so say he goes into third person view some parts of his body would dissapear XD
