This cave is actually the lost ebony mine go inside and you will offical know the location of it. Next head to the St Olms Canton and enter the haunted manor thats in the plaza. Inside you'll find a man wanting the location of the mine tell him and he'll give you a choice of any Daedric weapon you want (i'm sure its any) thats how i got my daedric bow but any of these ways are viable its just some are easier than others.
