Where did 'ssce5432.dll' come from?

I have found this file 'ssce5432.dll' in my Skyrim folder. (the one with TESV.exe in)

It says it is 'Sentry spelling-checker engine' created by Wintertree Software Inc.

 

Does anyone have any idea where it came from and if it serves any purpose? It doesn't seem to be doing any harm, I'm just curious!
