jaysus Posted January 22, 2010 Share Posted January 22, 2010 nah, skinning it doesnt really help...most important would be to use the conforumlator to make it adjust itself to different headforms and sizes...once you created a mymodel.egm for your mymodel.nif with the conformulator you can use the "update facegen data" button and your helemt will be placed correctly... kinda hard to explain that in detail now but the "conformulator" comes with a readme which may do the job... I have tested. both with and without an egm, a skinned helmet will sit on the head in game exactly as it was in scene. with no need to update facegen availibility or make a egm. But I would do so anyway if you have made an egm. from oblivion experience, egms did not work on skinned helmet meshes.
