There's a little old lady north of the Potomac who has a unique one, she'll give it to you if you do a favor for her. And if you're looking for Pinkerton, you'll find one along the way... I have lots of ammo for it that I have been purchasing from merchants along the way (I always buy every bit of ammo and all stimpaks) but I have not yet found the pistol itself. It seems that most of the standard vendors like Moira and Lucky always have a few .357 Magnum shells in their stock, so I always buy them thinking I will find the pistol.
