SayinNuthin
No Friendly fire for melee! That's it. When town guards, soldiers or civilians are in a scrum and I rush in with some monster two handed weapon over my head they think 'Ooh! He's got this one, I'd better get the hell out the way!' A spell, a perk, a weapon enchantment, anything! All these fines are ruining me!!! [Edit] Could the panic spells/shouts etc. be reversed to make non-hostiles run away without triggering the 'enemy' reaction? Just a thought.... lofgren
I know it's not quite what you are looking for, but the mod SkyTweak has an option to eliminate accidental damage to friendly targets which will at least prevent you from accidentally killing a guard and then having to murder half of whiterun to eliminate witnesses. (True story.)

(True story.) That might just swing it thanks. But the reverse fear-dismay effects seems like quite a neat idea if your playing a character who regard enemies as 'mobile XP points' only there to be harvested... Unless there is some profound game-mechanics reason that is obvious to people less ignorant than I on these matters.
